Return Process

  2. Provide order number and reason for return

  3. Receive return instructions

  4. Ship item back using a trackable method

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
